摘 要:以氯气为引发剂,采用气-固相方法在加热条件下合成聚氯乙烯(PVC)、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEA)的氯化原位接枝共聚产物(PVC-cg-HEA)。用IR、GPC、DSC等对氯化原位接枝共聚产物进行表征;初步探索产物的流变性能;讨论了单体加入量、反应温度、膨润时间等不同合成条件对产物力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,单体加入量10份,反应温度110℃,膨润时间24 h,接枝共聚产物具有最佳的力学性能。Grafting of 2-hydroxy ethylacrylate (HEA) onto PVC prepared by chlorinated in-situ graft copolymerization with gas-solid state was studied.The PVC radicals produced via reactions of chloride radicals with PVC were used to initiate the graft copolymerization of HEA onto polymer backbone. The copolymer was characterized by means of IR, GPC and DSC, the rheologieal properties of the copolymer were studied, and the effects of the monomer content, reaction temperature and swelling time on the mechanical properties of the copolymer were discussed.The results showed when the content of HEA was 10 phr, reaction temperature 120 ℃ and swelling time 24 h, the mechanical pmporties of the copolymer were the best.
