摘　　要：通过喷头塑件注射模具的设计,阐述了该模具脱模机构的设计方法;解决了该模具动模型芯安装的难题,复位机构采用弹簧复位,保证脱模机构顺利复位。介绍了模具结构,对于同类塑件的生产具有借鉴作用。Through the design of the injection mould for nozzle plastic parts, the design methods for the demoulding mechanism of the injection mould is introduced. Spring replacement is applied to the replacement structure to solve the problem of the fixing of the core of moving plate, which ensured the replacement of the demoulding structrue. The mold structure was introduced, and which gave reference to the production of similar palstic parts.
