摘  要:以某一保险杠为例,对普通热流道和针阀式热流道按序模塑过程进行了优化,通过对两者成型结果的定性分析和比较,可以看出:后者成型的塑件质量(尤其是熔接痕和气穴方面)明显优于前者成型的质量。同时当浇口均设置为保压结束时关闭,成型中的注射压力、锁模力以及制件质量较为理想。Taking bumper as an example, a common hot nmner system and a needle-valve nozzle hot-nmner system were optimized by moldflow software. According to the results of the comparison with two kinds of the hot-runner system, it was found out the quality of the part molded by needle-valve nozzle was better (especially in weld line and air traps ). When the close time of the nozzles was set at the end of packing, the injection pressure, clamp force and parts quality were all better.
