摘  要:采用三种处理方法得到了不同表面性质的碳纳米管,与尼龙6共混制备了PA6/CNTs复合村料。考察了复合材料的动态机械性能。研究发现,碳纳米管的加入提高了尼龙6的储能模量和损耗模量,碳纳米管表面的性质决定了对复合材料动态机械性能的改变程度。经过高温高压剧烈反应的CNTs 3#会断裂为尺寸较小的碳管,小尺寸碳管的成核作用使得复合材料结晶度提高,以及CNTs 3#表面接枝的-NH2和未反应的-COOH,会造成尼龙6大分子链段的交错缠绕,因而Ph6/CNTs 3#的储能模量和损耗模量最大。混酸和加热搅拌条件下氧化CNTs 1#含有比单纯浓硝酸氧化的CNTs 2#更多的-COOH,所以PA6/CNTs 1#的储存模量和损耗模量大于PA6/CNTs 2#。CNTs of different surface characteristics were prepared by means of 3 treatment methods, and PA6/CNTs nano-meter composites were prepared by blending CNTs with PA6. The dynamic mechanical properties of PA6/CNTs composites were studied by means of DMA. The results showed the addition of CNTs improved the storage modulus E' and loss modulus E" of the composites. The improvement of the dynamic mechanical properties of the composites was dependent on the surface characteristics of the CNTs. CNTs 3 # would rupture into shorter CNTs after such vigorous reactions as high temperature, high pressure and mechanic stirring. The nucleation effects of these smaller particles could increase the degree of crystallization of the composite. Otherwise, and the macromolecule chains of PA6 would react with the --NH2 and --COOH groups on the CNTs 3 # , which made the storage modulus E' and loss modulus E" of PA6 composites filled with CNTs 3 # higher than those of PA6/CNTs 1 # and PA6/CNTs 2# composites. CNTs 1 # contained more --COOH than CNTs 2# , so the storage modulus E' and loss modulus E" of PA6/CAYFs 1 # were higher than those of PA6/CNTs 2# .
