摘 要:采用酚醛环氧树脂(NE)、NE/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合物与磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、双酚A二(二苯基)磷酸酯(BDP)复配制备了无卤阻燃ABS。结果表明,BDP的阻燃性能优于TPP。当NE与BDP质量比为2:3,总质量分数为20%时,阻燃ABS的氧指数(LOI)比NE-TPP阻燃ABS体系提高了15%;BDP的起始失重温度比TPP高150℃,NE加入后混合物在400℃以上质量损失速率明显下降。当NE、OMMT和BDP质量分数分别为6%,0.5%和9%时,阻燃ABS的LOI比未添加OMMT的阻燃ABS的LOI提高10%,pHRR和mHRR则分别降低11%和8.7%。阻燃ABS的冲击强度随配方的变化有不同程度的降低。OMMT经NE插层后,层间距从2.14 nm增大到3.77 nm,部分达到7,2 nm。BDP分解产生的POH和NE热氧化产生的羧酸在高温下发生酯化反应。Halogen free flame retardant ABS was prepared by compounding with novolac epoxy (NE), NE/ organophilic montrnorillonite (OMMT) nano-meter composites, and triphenyl phosphate (TPP) or bisphenol A bis (diphenyl phosphate) (BDP) .The results showed the flame retardance of the ABS by BDP was better than that by TPP.When the mass ratio of NE to BDP was 2:3 and the total content was 20wt%, the LOI of the flame retardant ABS was 15% higher than that of NE-TPP.TGA showed the beginning weight loss temperature of BDP was 150 ℃ higher than that of TPP. When NE was added in, the composite showed obvious decrease in weight loss rate above 400 ℃. When the mass fractions of NE, OMMT and BDP were 6%, 0.5% and 9% respectively, the LOI of the flame retardant ABS increased by 10%, pHRR and rnHRR decreased by 11% and 8.7% respectively.The impact strength decreased with the change of the composition of the composite.XRD results showed after intercalated by NE, the basal spacing of OMMT increased from 2.14 nm to 3.77 nm, and some portion increased to 7.24 nm. b3'IR showed at high temperature, esterification of POH with degraded NE carbonyl acid took place.
