摘　　要：针对目前常用的各种多媒体视频、音频文件格式,分别就其应用范围、发展演变过程、特点和优缺点等进行介绍和说明,并结合当前应用和技术的发展状况,对其将来的发展趋势进行分析,包括FLASH、AVI、WMV、ASF、MPEG、MOV、RM、RMVB、WAV、MIDI、WMA等多媒体视频、音频文件格式。The paper mainly gives a detail introduction on the applied scope, the progress of their development, the character, the advantage and disadvantage of the normally applied multimedia video and audio file structure, including FLASH, AVI,WMV,ASF, MPEG, MOV,RM,RMVB,WAV,MIDI,WMA, and so on. The paper also analyzes their developing tendency in future linking with the developing condition nowadays.
