小鼠卵巢异体移植研究

摘　　要：目的研究小鼠卵巢移植后,移植卵巢的功能。方法取出生10 d的仔鼠卵巢,移植到同品系或者遗传背景相同的品系的1月龄其它母鼠体内,观察移植受体是否有正常的繁殖功能,并且用PCR法,对移植受体鼠产生的后代进行检测。结果移植卵巢在受体内不但可以恢复正常功能,产生正常的仔鼠,而且仔鼠经过检测,来源于移植卵巢所产生的卵子。结论卵巢移植完全可行,移植卵巢功能完全可以恢复。Objective To study the function of ovary after ovary allotransplantation. Method The ovary allotransplantation of 10 days mice were performed to 1 month mice, which is the same strain or has the same genetic gene, the reproduction of the ovary receptors were observed, and PCR were used to test the little new-born. Result The result indicated that the transplanted ovary could recover, maintenance, and reproduce normal newborn, the newborns were come from the oocytes from the transplanted ovary. Conclution The ovary allotranplantation was successful.
