摘　　要：从科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会二者的相互关系着眼,指出二者在坚持以人为本,统筹兼顾,全面、协调、可持续发展等核心内容上是一致的。二者的差异主要在于提出的场合不同,含义不同,所起作用的范围不同。从相互作用上分析,科学发展观是指导思想,构建和谐社会是现实任务,二者之间具有内在的逻辑关系和内涵上的联系。The paper commenced with the relationship between the scientific development view and the construction of socialist harmonious society, pointed out that the two are consistent in some core contents, such as adhering to the people-based conception, persisting balanced, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. The main differences between them are as follows： be raised in different occasions, be different with respect of meaning and the scope of the role. Analyzing from the mutual effects, the scientific development view is the guiding ideology, and the construction of socialist harmonious society is the realistic duty. The two interact with each other, with the internal logic and meaning link.
