摘　　要：通过对海洋污染及我国航运及造船业发展状况的分析,结合将要实施的相关公约,说明研发海船压载水处理设备的必要性,并介绍研发海船压载水处理设备的关键技术。对了解海船压载水处理设备原理有一定的借鉴作用。The paper states the necessities for development of the ballast handling equipment of oceangoing ships by analysis of situation of marine pollution, our shipping and shipbuilding, combining with the relevant convention that will be carried out soon. The paper also introduces the key techniques for the development of oceangoing shipping＇s ballast handling equipment. The paper has some purposes for understanding the principle of oceangoing shipping＇s ballast handling equipment.
