摘  要:以NaCl作为渗透胁迫剂研究耐盐植物芙蓉菊在盐胁迫条件下的生长表现和生理响应,测定新梢生长量、新根数以及Na+/K+、游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、SOD活性等生理指标。结果表明:(1)随盐浓度的升高和盐胁迫时间的延长,Na+/K+、游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、SOD活性均随盐浓度的升高而呈阶梯状上升,长期胁迫(30 d)较短期胁迫(10 d)上升趋势更为明显,芙蓉菊生长表现良好;(2)Na+、K+、Cl-无机离子以及游离脯氨酸芙蓉菊短期胁迫的主要渗透调节物质;(3)叶绿素含量增加是盐生植物适应的一种生理响应。To know the mechanism of salt - tolerance plant of Crossostephium chinense, some morphology indexes and physiological indexes, such as Na^+/K^+ , proline content, chlorophyll. Content and SOD activity were measured under the condition of salt stress. The results showed that ( 1 ) when the concentration of solu- tion increased and stress time prolonged, the Na~/K*, proline content, chlorophyll content and SOD activity rose, and the rising trend under long - salt - stress was more obvious than that under short - salt - stress, the plant grew well; (2) The main osmotic elements of Crossostephium chinense under short - salt - stress were Na^+ ,K^+ ,Cl^- and praline; (3)The Chlorophyll content increase under salt - stress was a special physiological response of Crossostephium chinense to saltstress.
