摘 要:以油松成熟种子为材料,研究了外植体的不同处理方法、不同培养基、激素浓度及光照条件对愈伤诱导的影响。结果表明,在暗培养条件下,以带子叶的种子段为外植体,在DCR+NAA 1 mg/L+6-BA 0.2 mg/L培养基上可以获得诱导率较高的愈伤,诱导率为66%。Using the mature seeds of Pinus tabulaeformis as material, the effects of different methods on dealing with the explants,hormone concentration, media and illumination conditions on the callus inducement of Pinus tabulaeformis were studied. The results showed that in the dark environment, when the part of seed with the cotyledon was chosen as the explants callus,the inducement rate was higher in the medium of DCR + NAA mg/L + 6 - BA mg/L than in other media, and the callus inducement rate was 66%.
