摘 要:论文基于能量平衡理论,推导分析了巷道围岩结构在震源冲击扰动时破坏失稳的能量准则.结合己二采区22040机巷防冲支护工程实践,实验室测定煤样冲击能指数为4.02,弹性能指数为3.743,确定巷道围岩具有中等冲击倾向,设定冲击矿压震级ML=2.5,采用三维锚索配合普通圆钢锚杆、π型钢带及金属网联合支护进行了该巷道防冲支护参数设计.实践表明,设计支护系统及时吸收了该巷道发生的约2.0震级的冲击动能,顶底板移进量422 mm,两帮移进量375 mm,巷道围岩结构仍保持稳定,有效防止了巷道冲击矿压破坏.Based on energy balance theory, the energy rule was deduced and analyzed for road- way surrounding structure destruction and failure subjected to rock burst. Combining with the Ji'er mining district 22040 roadway engineering application, the rock burst tendency of coal samples were tested in lab. The results show that the dynamical energy index is 4.02, and the elastic energy index is 3. 743, the rock burst tendency of roadway was confirmed as middle grade, and the shock magnitude ML =2.5 was assumed simultaneously. The roadway support parameters were designed using the uniting support means including 3-dimension anchor and bolt-mesh-steel belt. The dynamical energy produced in the process of rock burst(about ML ≈ 2.0)was absorbed by the designed support system, the displacement of roof to floor is 422 mm, the convergence of ribs is 375 mm, the 22040 roadway is maintained in good conditions, and sufficiently prevents the destruction of rock burst in coal mining.
