摘　　要：分析了长沙市旅游发展现状、问题及游客行为选择,针对旅游发展提出旅游形象定位、旅游资源整合、特色旅游产品开发、区域旅游联动开发等具体措施。This paper analyses the status quo, the disadvantages of tourism and the tour choices of tourists to Changsha. Thereby, it puts forwards some to break Changsha away from the present unfavorable position, including reorientation of image, integration of tourism resources, exploitation of tourism products with local features, and linkage development of regional tourism, etc.
