摘  要:目前企业间的市场竞争日趋激烈,赊销不可避免地成为企业获取市场竞争力的必要手段,加强客户资信管理是企业从源头降低赊销风险的重要手段。加强客户的资信管理首先应从把握好客户资信调查的时机,明确客户资信调查的内容,采取有效的调查方法等方面做好客户的资信调查工作;其次应根据资信调查取得的客户信息,利用信用分析要素,采用科学的分析模型对客户进行资信评估;第三应根据资信评估结果将客户分成不同的信用等级,并制订与之相适应的信用政策,应采用计算机技术对客户档案管理实行集中、分类和动态管理。In today's most competitive circumstances, credit sale has long been vital for companies to improve their competitive power on market. Companies have to take the management of customers'credit into account fundamentally to reduce the risk of credit sale. The first step for management customers' credit is to choose the time to carry out investigation on the reliability of clients, decide the content of investigation and take effective and efficient methods for such investigation. The second is evaluate the reliability of the client using a scientific analyzing model to analyse client's information from the investigation. The third is classify the credit level according to the result of the evaluation; The fourth is make different clients policies on different client's credit levels. And finally the fifth is manage the client's information records in a central systematic dynamic way using IT.
