摘 要:采用化学纯试剂为原料,将硫铝酸钡钙矿物引入到贝利特熟料矿物体系中,合成了贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥。本文主要研究了CaF2对熟料矿物组成和水泥性能的影响。研究结果表明,CaF2能够加快熟料中f-CaO的吸收,促进C2.75B1.25A3S-矿物形成,提高水泥的早期强度。当CaF2在熟料中的掺入量为0.6%时,贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的3d和28d抗压强度分别达到26.8MPa和83.4MPa,展现了良好的力学性能。利用XRD,SEM-EDS和岩相分析等测试手段分析了水泥熟料的组成和结构。The calcium barium present work is to investigate the effect of CaF2 on the synthesis and performance of belite-sulphoaluminate cement system. Calcium barium sulphoaluminate ( C2.75B1.25A3S) with high early strength was added in belite cement clinker system. The results show that suitable amount of CaF2 can benefit f-CaO combination and formation of C2.75B1.25A3S. The appropriate CaF2 content is 0.6% in the system. The compressive strength of the cement prepared under the experimental conditions reaches to 26.8 MPa and 83.4 MPa at 3d and 28d curing ages, respectively. The mineral constituents and structures of the clinker were analyzed by means of XRD, SEM-EDS and light microscope.
