摘　　要：从流水线平衡的基本概念出发,针对某汽车制造企业在组织多品种生产的实际情况,系统分析了多品种流水线的平衡设计方法与步骤,并对其平衡性进行了前后对较,探讨了从多条单一的负荷率较低的生产线合并到一条混合生产线上的方法,指出了连续改进在装配生产线中的重要作用。Based on the principal concepts of streamline balance,this paper analyses the balanceing method and step of streamline based-on multi-production in a car manufacturing company, compares its balance ratio with its no-improved one, studies the principle method of mixing single production stream- lines. At last, the importance of continuing improvement in assembly line is pointed out.
