摘　　要：本文分析了云南天文台光电等高仪自有观测以来的时纬残差异常与云南及其周邻地区大地震的对应关系；并报导了孟连、丽江地震前云南天文台的时纬残差均有明显异常。This paper analyses the relationship between anomalies of the astronomical time latitude residuals and the major earthquakes in and around Yunnan since the time and latitude were determined by the photoelectric astrolabe of Yunnan Observatory,and reports the occurrences of significant anomalies of time latitude residuals of Yunnan Observatory before the earthquakes of Menglian and Lijiang.It shows that the anomalies of time latitude residuals can provide reliable information for the major earthquake prediction around the observatory.
