“抗支口服液”治疗小儿支原体肺炎168例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药“抗支口服液”治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法对168例小儿支原体肺炎风热闭肺证患儿,采用纯中药制剂“抗支口服液”治疗,观察临床症状及体征的改善情况。结果综合疗效总有效率和中医证候的总有效率分别为90.48%和92.26%。结论“抗支口服液”治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,且无不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the oral anti-bronchial syrup for pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 168 cases were documented from the outpatient treatments on mycoplasma pneumonia children who suffered from breeze heat-induced lung shutdown. These patients responded by a holistic body improvement on their clinical symptoms after treated with pure Chinese medicinal recipe, the oral anti-bronchial syrup. Results The total therapeutic efficiency on the disease and the Chinese medical recipe were 90.48 % and 92.26 % respectively. Conclusion We concluded that anti-bronchial syrup demonstrated remarkable therapeutic effects on mycoplasma pneumonia with minimal side effects and toxicity.
