双层聚丙烯网片修补腹股沟斜疝37例手术体会

摘　　要：目的 总结双层聚丙烯网片修补腹股沟斜疝的手术疗效。方法 2005年4月至2006年11月,对37例腹股沟斜疝患者采用双层聚丙烯网片行疝修补手术。结果 术后未发生阴囊血肿,切口感染1例（2.7%）,持续不适或疼痛8例（21.6%）。35例获随访,平均13（4-19）个月,无复发患者。结论 采用双层聚丙烯网片修补腹股沟斜疝是一种安全有效的方法,具有并发症少,无复发等优点。Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of tension-flee hernioplasty for oblique inguinal hernia by bistratal polypropylene mesh. Method 37 cases with oblique inquinal hernia underwent tension-free hernioplasty by bistratal polypropylene mesh from April 2005 to November 2006. Results No scrotal hematoma happened, incision infection occurred in 1 patient （ 2.7% ） , and continuously discomfort or pain in 8 cases （21.6%）. There was no recurrence during 4 ~ 19 （mean 13 ） months follow-up. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty for oblique inguinal hernia by bistratal polypropylene mesh is recommendable with advantages as no recurrence and low morbility.
