摘　　要：金融生态是金融改革的一个重要问题。在同一经济调控政策、法律制度、信用环境下,我国东西部金融生态质量却存在严重非均衡。这不但对于金融的进一步发展有着重大影响,而且对经济体系的均衡发展有着决定成败的作用。其原因主要在于国家非均衡发展战略、地方政府行为扭曲和区域金融结构差异。因此,改善国家的区域发展战略、优化区域金融结构是必然的选择。It is an important problem to develop the financial ecosystem for financial innovation. Under the same adjust and control policies, institutional laws, credit circumstance, like, and others, the level of financial ecosystemis different. These not only affect the financial deep development, but also block the economic stable development. The main reasons are national non-equilibrium development static, the different regional government actions and different financial structure. So, improvement of the national development static and optimization of the financial structure are the necessary choice.
