摘　　要：当代中国正处于社会转型时期,在这一背景下,计划经济体制下的职工体育逐渐演化为当今的企业体育。对企业体育战略地位的正确认识是企业体育发展的重要前提,其于此,本文在描述我国企业体育发展现状及问题的基础上,分析了企业体育在企业、体育、经济和社会发展中的战略地位。The stuff sports in the planned economy system has evolved to enterprise sports gradually during the period of society transforming in China today. The correct cognition of the enterprise sports＇ strategic status is the precondition of the development of enterprise sports. So, based on expatiating the present situation and problems of Chinese enterprise sports, this paper analyzes the enterprise sports＇ strategic status of the enterprises, sports and the development of economy and society.
