摘  要:棒材厂中小型车间步进式加热炉缓冲挡板引进DANIELY设备,自安装使用至今,随着车间产能提升,缓冲与对中能力越来越差,出现了信号不准、撞头脱落、水冷梁漏水等故障,影响装钢速度与质量。通过对撞头、橡胶弹簧以及撞头与水冷梁装配结构的国产化改造,解决了问题,满足了车间产能提升的要求。The buffer plate for the walking-beam reheating furnace of the bar and light section rolling workshop was imported from DANIELY. Since its installation, because of productivity improvement, its buffering and centring capacity became increasingly worse. Troubles like inaccurate signals, striking head falling off and water-cooled beam leakage appeared, influencing the speed and quality of charging. The Domestication Transformation of the striking head, rubber spring and the water-cooled beam assembly structure has solved the above problems, thus meeting the requirements in upgrading the workshop's productivity.
