摘  要:对8个玉米综合种的双列杂交分析的结果表明:各杂交组合在各性状上存在显著的遗传差异,其中,单穗粒重和单穗重受加性和非加性两种遗传效应的共同作用,穗行数、行粒数以非加性效应为主,穗长和百粒重则以加性效应为主。8个综合种的单穗产量及其组成因子的GCA(generalcombiningability)差异显著。BS16(CB)C4的单穗粒重GCA最低,LBM、WLS的GCA较高。通过对各杂交组合的单穗粒重及其SCA(Specialcombiningabitity)的分析,对湖北省4个综合种的利用途径进行了讨论。The data on diallel cross among 8 syntheses of maize was analysed. The results had shown that there were significantly genetic different on traits among crosses, kernel weight and weight per ear were controled by additive and non additive effect, rows per ear and kernels per row were mainly controled by non additive effect, ear length and weight of 100 kernels were mainly controled by additive effect. There were significantly different on general combining ability (GCA) effect of yield per ear and yield component factors among 8 syntheses. GCA effect on kernel weight per ear of LBM and WLS was higher, and GCA effect of BS16(CB)C4 was lower. It had discussed how to use the 4 syntheses recombined by Hubei Province by analyse to yield per ear and its special combining ability (SCA) on crosses.
