双峰驼与马的骨髓细胞比较研究

摘　　要：对１１例双峰驼和５例马的骨髓造血细胞对比观察表明，双峰驼骨髓红细胞系统与粒细胞系统的各种未成熟细胞几乎均比马的同种细胞小；嗜酸性粒细胞的颗粒比马的小，但数量较多；其成熟红细胞呈椭圆形薄饼状，而马的为圆形。Marrow hematopoietic cells of 11 bactrian camels and 5 horses were observed. The rusults showed that every kind of immature cell of erythrocytic series and granulocyte series in marraw of bactrian camel is smaller than same kind cell of horse.Granules in eosinophilic are smaller than that of same kind cell of horse,but quantity of the granules is more.Mature red cell showed elliptic thin pancake sample,but horses showed round.There is no obviouse different between differential count of bone marrow cells of the two animals.
