清毒衍宗散治疗解脲支原体性男性不育症38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清毒衍宗散治疗解脲支原体性男性不育症的疗效。方法观察组38例口服清毒衍宗散,每日2次,早晚各冲服75ml;对照组30例口服清淋冲剂,每日3次,每次3g,三餐前开水冲服。结果观察组总有效率为76.32%,明显高于对照组的43.33%(P<0.05)。结论清毒衍宗散是治疗解脲支原体性男性不育症的有效方剂之一,其疗效与解脲支原体转阴率有关。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Qingdu Yanzong Powder on mycoplasma urealytium related male infertility. Methods Qingdu Yanzong Powder was given to 38 patients in observation group twice a day, Qinglin Granules in control group three times a day. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 76.32%, which was superior to 43.33% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingdu Yanzong Powder is effective for mycoplasma urealytium related male infertility, and the effect is relevant to the negative conversion rate of mycoplasma urealytium.
