摘 要:人参中多种有机氯农药残留量测定,用丙酮-正己烷(2+8)作为萃取剂,采用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)和均质萃取技术,制备样品溶液,经浓硫酸净化,用安装有DB-5毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm(id)×0.25μm)及微型电子俘获检测器(μ-ECD)的气相色谱测定。14种有机氯农药在3×10-5-0.5μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9956。最低检测限为0.0015-0.005mg/kg;添加回收率为86.42-93.79%;相对标准偏差(RSD%):4.04-14.91%。Multi -organochlorine pesticide residues in Ginseng were determined by gas chromatography equipped with a column of DB -5(30 m ×0.25 μm (id) ×0.25 μm) and the micro - electron capture detector (m- ECD). The Ginseng samples were extracted with acetone: hexane (2:8 ) by ASE and homogenizer , subsequently cleaned with concentrated sulfuric acid. The good linearities were obtained for 14 organochlorine pesticides in the range of 3 × 10^-5 -0.5μg/mL. The correlation coefficient of standard curves was more than 0. 9956. The limits of detection from 0. 0015 to 0. 005 mg/kg. The average recoveries for those pesticide residues in Ginseng were from 86.42 to 93.79% at three spiked levels, the relative standard deviations were 4.04 - 14.91%.
