摘 要:为了对某型号大型电除尘器空间机械刚架进行结构参数优化,建立了其优化过程模型;在ANSYS软件平台上,利用基于Fortran语言的ANSYS二次开发语言APDL建立了空间结构虚拟样机可重用三维参数化数字模型,完成了结构虚拟强度仿真分析;基于分析结果,建立了优化数学模型,完成了结构参数优化,目标函数下降25.85%,优化效果明显,优化程序有良好的通用性和可移植性;针对优化后的结构,设计加工了一个试验台,进行了强度应力试验,并和虚拟试验进行了数值对比,结论认为优化结构合理,ANSYS虚拟仿真数据结果可靠。In order to optimize the spatial machinery rigid-frame structure of a type of large-size electrical dust precipitator, its optimized process model was discussed. In the ANSYS software platform, the reusable 3D virtual prototyping parameterized digital model of the structure was established using the programming language APDL Fortran-based provided by ANSYS, and the strength simulation of the structure was completed on the model Based on the strength simulation result, the optimization mathematical model of the structure was established and the structural parameter optimization was completed. The structure lightens by 25.85%. The optimization programming language has good generality and probability. Aiming at the optimized structure, a test-bed was designed and manufactured. Strength prototype test and simulation test were studied on the test-bed and their results are contrasted. The result shows that the optimized structure is feasible and ANSYS's simulation data is reliable.
