摘 要:提出一种基于混沌载波的正交调幅机制-QCAM(quadrature chaos amplitude modulation),利用混沌信号非周期,带宽,以及难以预测和重构等特性代替传统QAM调制中的正弦载波。改进后的QCAM调制信号很难被截取和破解,从而提高传输信号的可靠性和安全性。另一方面,经过实验表明,在相同的传输信道和Eb/N0条件下,QCAM较QCSK具有更好的误码率特性。A novel communication amplitude/demodulation scheme based on an orthogonal basis of chaotic functions was proposed. The scheme, called quadrature chaos amplitude modulation (QCAM), was derived from quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM ), but replaced the sinusoidal carrier with chaotic signal. Chaotic signals are aperiodic, wide-band, and more difficult to predict, reconstruct, and characterize than periodic carriers. These properties of chaotic signals make it more difficult to intercept and decode the information modulated upon them. On the other hand, it is proved the QCAM has double data rate, but the better error character than quadrature chaos shift keying (QCSK).
