摘  要:燃料成本占发电总成本的比重极大。电力工业市场化改革使得发电企业面临的不确定性增加。如何应对市场不确定性,优化燃料配给,最大化自身利益是发电集团亟待解决的问题。建立了发电集团参与多个市场(或同一市场不同价区)竞争时,以集团利润期望最大为目标,虑及现货市场电价和上网电量不确定性的燃料配置优化的随机期望值模型,并以随机模拟、神经网络和遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法进行求解。实践和算例分析表明,该模型和算法能有效地解决市场环境下发电集团燃料的优化配置。The fuel cost is a large proportion of the generation cost. Because of the electricity market, the uncertainty which the power enterprises faced increased. How to deal with the uncertainty and to optimize the fuel distribution to maximize the profit is an urgent problem. In this paper, a random expected value model is proposed to optimize the fuel distribution. In this model, a generator corporation took part in several competed markets (or different price zones in the same market), and the goal is maximizing the expectation of the whole corporation's profit under the uncertainty of the spot market. A mixed intelligent algorithm which combines random simulation, nerve network and genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. By the practice and the case, the model and the algorithm can optimize the fuel distribution of the generation enterprises under the electricity market effectively.
