摘  要:提出一种适用于高频范围分析的细胞等效电路模型,给出了细胞内外膜跨膜电位的计算公式,对其频率响应进行仿真分析表明,细胞外膜跨膜电位频率响应可视为一阶低通滤波器,而内膜跨膜电位频率响应可视为一阶带通滤波器。应用指数衰减陡脉冲对人卵巢腺癌SKOV3细胞进行处理,实验结果和频谱分析表明,指数衰减陡脉冲的下降沿和上升沿分别包含了大量的低频和高频分量,分别作用于肿瘤细胞的外膜和内膜,从而对整个肿瘤细胞产生普遍的杀伤作用。Abstract A novel equivalent circuit model (ECM) for cell is presented in the paper, which can be used in high frequency domain. Based on the ECM, the calculation method of transmenbrane potential (TMP) on cell inner and outer membrane is proposed. The results of TMP frequency response simulation show that the frequency response of TMP on cell inner membrane can be treated as a one-order low pass filter (LPF) while the other one for outer membrane can be looked on as a one-order band pass filter (BPF). Exposing SKOV3 cancer cell to exponential decay pulse, cell experiment and frequency spectrum analysis are carried out. The results show that the fall part of exponential decay pulse contains abundant low frequency component, which acts on outer membrane of tumor cell. While the rise part of exponential decay pulse contains plentiful high frequency component, which mainly affects inner membrane of tumor cell. Therefore, the whole exponential decay pulse will induce lethal effect on whole tumor cell.
