摘 要:对综合评价中药复杂体系药效的数学方法进行了理论分析,在此基础上提出了一种较全面客观地反映中药抗病能力的量化结果的数学方法——分层法,并建立了相应的数学模型。对中药药效多因素的评价决策问题进行理论探讨。用此方法综合比较9种不同配比的银杏叶(EGb)提取物有效成分治疗心脑血管疾病的疗效,比较结果符合实际情况。实例实验的结果验证了此方法的相对合理性和实用性。Compared with Western medicines that are mostly based on a single target with a single function, a Chinese herbal complex makes itself unique with a combined strength of multiple sites, and hence multiple functionalities. As a result, it is difficult to evaluate the pharmacological effects of a Chinese herbal complex, though it is easier to work out an accu- rate pharmacological effect of Western medicines using the proven and well - established mathematical methods. Many previous studies have tried to make better out of the evaluation of pharmacological effects of a Chinese herbal complex. Unfortunately, they are still distant from a point where the problem can be properly addressed. In this research, a new mathematical model, or Hierarchy Evaluation, has been created to better understand the multi - site and combined effects of a Chinese herbal complex. It improves evaluation results.
