摘 要:目的通过对一起水源性细菌性痢疾爆发疫情的流行病学调查分析,探讨疫情发生的原因。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对患者逐一进行调查,采集患者、水源水和末梢水进行肠道致病菌培养。结果共发病69例,2006年9月6日出现首发病例,9月12日流行结束,整个流行期为7天,罹患率为6!98%,患者以发热、头痛、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻为主,外环境病原检索与患者病原检索一致,均为宋内志贺氏菌。病例分析提示,发病学生均饮用过生水。结论证实本起疫情是由饮用水受到污染而引起的细菌性痢疾爆发。OBJECTIVE To discuss the epidemical character and the cause of an outbreak of water-born bacillary dysentery. METHOD The data were collected by field epidemiological investigation, special tables for every patient.The samples from patients, the source water and the distal end of water were examined by enteric pathogenic bacteria culture, RESULT There are sixty-nine cases of this outbreak and the first case appeared on 2006 September 6th,The prevalence period was seven clays and the attack rate was 6,98%,Most patients suffered with fever, headache, vomit, abdominal pain and diarrhea.The pathogeny separated from environmnet was the same type with the patient, which was the Shigella sonnei.The case-discussion showed all patients had drunk the fresh water without being sterilized, CONCLUSION The reason of the outbreak that the drinking water was infected by the Shigella dysenteiae.
