摘  要:采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了Mn掺杂非正分Co铁氧体Co0.7MnxFe2.3-xO4粉体样品。用X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计及阻抗分析仪研究样品的结构、磁性能和介电性能。研究表明:样品均以单相尖晶石结构存在,掺Mn降低了材料Curie温度,也使矫顽力和饱和磁化强度减小,Mn掺量x=0.7时,材料的Curie温度、矫顽力和饱和磁化强度分别为314.5℃,6.9×103A/m和13.1×103A/m,均小于未掺Mn时的值;材料的介电性能也与Mn掺量有关,在一定的频率下,随Mn掺量的增加电阻率先减小后增大,而介电常数和介电损耗则先增大后减小。Mn-doped non-stoichiometric cobalt ferrite Co0.7MnxFe2.3-xO4 powders were prepared by traditional ceramic techniques. The structure, magnetic properties and dielectric properties were characterized using an X-ray diffractometer, a vibrating sample magnetometer and an impedance analyzer. The research revealed that all of the samples has a single spinel phase, Mn doping decreased the Curie temperature of cobalt ferrite while reducing the coercivity and magnetization at the same time. With a dosage of Mn x=0.7, the Curie temperature, coercivity and magnetization were 314.5 ℃, 6.9 × 10^3 A/m and 13.1 ×10^3 A/m, respectively, smaller than that of materials without Mn dosage. It also revealed that the dielectric properties of the material also change with Mn dosage; the resistivity first decreases and then increases with increasing Mn dosages under certain frequencies while the dielectric constant and dielectric loss are opposite.
