摘 要:通过实验室模拟湿排,研究了5种粉煤灰微观结构与抗压强度比的变化。低钙粉煤灰模拟湿排22个月时,绝大部分粉煤灰颗粒形貌仍保持原有状态。低钙粉煤灰只在湿排最初的5个月内活性降低明显,湿排3个月时28d抗压强度比降低5%,5个月降低7%,但后期活性变化不大。在模拟湿排22个月后,低钙粉煤灰的活性受到一些影响,但仍可用作水泥混凝土掺合料。Five kinds of fly ashes were wetted in a laboratory simulative wetting experiment. The results of scanning electron microscopy show that almost all low calcium fly ash granules kept their original sphere shape in simulative wetting for 22 months. The specific compressive strength demonstrated that the reactivity of fly ash decreased rapidly during the first 5 months of wetting, the 28 d specific compressive strength decreased 5% after wetting for 3 months and 7% when wetting 5 months, but the activity decreases slowly after wetting 5 months. It is concluded that the activity of low calcium fly ash will be affected due to wetting for 22 months, but still can be used as the admixture in cement and concrete.
