摘　　要：S/SJ2钢的生产一直采用“电炉+电渣”炼钢工艺,在2005年该钢有大批炉号在纯洁度检验时不合。于2006年采用“EF+LF+VOD+电渣”冶炼工艺成功试制了一批S/SJ2钢,与原工艺在性能、纯洁度方面进行了对比,证明“EF+LF+VOD+电渣”新工艺是完全可行的。The process of EF＋ ESR was always the method to produce the steel S/SJ2 before 2006, a lots of heats from them did not pass the examination on cleanliness in 2005. So we adopted a new process of EF ＋ LF ＋ VOD ＋ ESR and made a heat of steel S/SJ2 successfully in 2006. Comparison between the former and new process showed that the process of EF ＋ LF ＋ VOD ＋ ESR was absolutely feasible.
