黄瓜砧木断根插接育苗技术研究

摘　　要：以黑籽南瓜为砧木，新泰密刺黄瓜为接穗，研究了断根插接苗叶片生长特性、干鲜重变化动态、根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和影响根系再生的因素，并同插接苗和靠接苗进行了比较。结果证明，断根插接苗具有根系活力大、吸收能力强，叶片同化力和弱光利用能力强，幼苗不易徒长、生长整齐一致的特点，并根据断根插接苗生长特性。The technique of cucumber graft on shoot with root cutting was investigated in its effect on cucumber( Cucumis sativus L.CV.Xintaimici)seedling growth and physiological characteristics with blackseed squash( Cucurbita ficifolia L.)as rootstock.Compared with graft on shoot and graft by approach,graft on shoot with root cutting could achieve higher root activity and promote the ability of root absorption.Graft on shoot with root cutting also inhibited the excessive growing of rootstock and scion hypocotyl.With these beneficial effects,strong and uniform seedlings could be cultivated.The techniques of grafting and grafted seedling growing were summarized.
