摘  要:对籼稻窄叶青8号和粳稻京系17杂交F_1的花药进行离体培养,获得1个含133个DH系的作图群体,通过构建分子连锁图谱,对水稻再生能力、头季稻产量及其构成因子的QTL进行区间作图。定位了影响再生能力的6个QTL,影响产量的4个QTL和影响产量构成因子的Q个QTL,这些QTL的加性效应相对较小,均属微效基因。水稻再生能力与头季稻单株产量、每株穗数和结实率存在显著负相关,QTL定位分析的结果揭示了这种相关关系是由于控制这些性状的作用方向不同的QTL位于同一染色体相同或相邻的区域上。An indica cultivar Zhaiyeqin 8 and a japonica cultivar Jingxi 17 are both semid-warf rice cultivars that differ significantly in spikelets per panicle and 1000-grain weight and in-siginificantly in ratooning ability, grain weight per plant, panicles per plant and seed setting rate. One hundred and thirty-three doubled haploid lines were produced by anther culture from the cross between Zhaiyeqing 8 and Jingxi 17, and we're used to construct an RFLP map with 137 markers. Interval mapping identified 19 QTLs with minor effects controlling phenotypic values of responsible traits tested. From the distribution of all the QTLs on chromosomes, it is inferred that genetic basis of the negative correlation between ratooning ability and grain weight per plant, panicles per plant or seed setting rate is that their QTLs with different direction effects are located in the closely linked regions of the same chromosome.
