明代边军仓储管理论略

摘　　要：作为后勤保障的一部分,明代边军仓储管理主要负责粮饷收纳、仓廒日常管理和粮饷发放等事务。为了消除仓储管理中的弊端,明王朝不仅建立相应的制度规范管理,而且在管理体制上不断调整,从都司卫所自行管理逐步过渡到户部与司府州县共管。即使如此,明代边军仓储管理仍存在许多缺陷和不足,影响到边军的后勤保障,对北部边防也产生了一定的消极影响。As a major part of logistics, the military stores of Ming are responsible for intakes, routine caring and distributions. The kingdom makes a strict system for improvement of the store management to a maximal extent. Despite the commitment of the different levels of governments, problems reveal so negative impacts are resulted in the northern borders.
