摘　　要：以间三氟甲基苯胺为起始原料,经重氮化反应和改进的Meerwein芳基化反应,制得1-[3-(三氟甲基)苯基]-2-丙酮。对反应条件进行了优化,在优化条件下的总收率可达90%。A novel method was developed for the synthesis of 1- [ 3-（ trifluoromethyl ） phenyl ]-2-propanone from m-trifluo- romethylaniline by means of the diazotization reaction and an improved Meerwein arylation reaction under mild conditions. The reaction conditions were studied in detail. Under optimized conditions.the total yield could reach 90% .
