摘　　要：研究了在Microsoft.NET平台下新生报到系统的设计与实现;介绍了系统的功能结构及多层体系结构。对于新生报到系统开发过程中出现的数据不够准确导致管理复杂化这一问题,采用了Observer模式和Mediator模式相结合的解决方法,同时引入Change Manager实现目标和观察者的解耦。接着针对系统用户角色级别太多、权限控制复杂的问题,提出应用Proxy模式的授权机制的解决方法。实践证明,在新生报到系统中运用这两种设计模式有效地提高了系统的数据准确性、安全性及可扩展性。Study on the design and implementation of new student register manage system （NMS） based on the Microsoft. NET. Introduce the function and n- tier architecture of the NMS. Aiming at the problems rising in the implementation of NMS which data incorrectness lead to managing complexity, use observer pattern and mediator pattern to adjust the system. This solution also reduces coupling between subjects and observers by introducing a change manager. Next analyzes how to solve the problems of complexity user validate hy applying proxy pattern to access control strategy. Practice shows the application of these two patterns on NMS effectively promises data correctness,system security and extensihility.
