摘  要:目的观察缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)mRNA、缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)mRNA在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)患者胎盘组织上的表达,探讨其与ICP胎儿缺氧的关系。方法ICP患者和正常晚孕妇女各20例,RT-PCR法检测两组胎盘组织上HIF-1αmRNA、HIF-2αmRNA的表达。结果ICP患者胎盘组织HIF-1αmRNA、HIF-2αmRNA的表达和正常晚孕妇女差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低氧条件下,ICP患者胎盘组织HIF蛋白合成的调节可能并不在mRNA表达水平,而在转录后水平。Objecti pregnant women with in pregnant women with IC ve To investigate the expression of HIF-1α mRNA and HIF-2α mRNA in placentas of trahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Methods Twenty samples of placentas from P and 20 samples of normal term placentas were selected. The expression levels of HIF-1α mRNA and HIF-2αmRNA were measured by RT-PCR. Results There was no statistically significant difference in respect to the expression levels of HIF-1α mRNA and HIF-2αmRNA between the two groups of samples (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Under hypoxic conditions, HIF-1α and HIF-2α proteins are not transcriptionally regulated at the mRNA level but are probably regulated at the post-mRNA level.
