摘　　要：车削加工中,分析了影响被加工零件的误差源,然后利用齐次坐标变换原理建立各种原始制造误差的数学模型,利用差分法计算被加工零件受力变形引起的加工误差,得出车削过程中各项误差对被加工圆柱零件的影响,并以实例说明加以验证。In turning processing,the erroneous source of the influence to the processed part was made to Analyze. Using the homogeneous coordinate transformation the mathematical model on each kind of manufacture error was established ,using the method of difference computation the processing error which the processed part stress distortion produced was computed, the result on each erroneous source to process the column part was obtained. Finally ,the example was illustrated to make certification.
