大剂量仙鹤草治疗梅尼埃病100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察仙鹤草对梅尼埃病的疗效。方法对200例梅尼埃病患者随机分为治疗组100例,仙鹤草200g/d水煎服,和对照组100例用654-2 20 mg加入10%GS 500 ml静滴Qd,西比灵5 mg Tid治疗,均连用3 d为一疗程。结果第一疗程治疗后,治愈率治疗组为82%,对照组为63%;第二疗程结束后,总治愈率治疗组为96%,观察组为82%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论大剂量仙鹤草能扩张血管,缓解迷路水肿,改善毛细血管通透性,价廉、方便、效果独特。Objective To observe the effect of Xianhecao on Meinere＇s disease. Methods Two hundred patients with Meinete＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups. 100 in treatment group in which Xianhecao was given, 200g/d;the other 100 in control group in which 20mg 654-2 plus 10% glucose solution in 500 ml（iv drop qd） and 5 mg funarzine were administered. Three days was defined as one treatment course. The effect was observed. Results After the first course of treatment , the overall effective rate of treatment group was 82%,while the control group was 63% （P〈0. 01 ,X2= 14. 776）. After the second course the cure rate of the treatment group was 96 % ,while the control group was 82% （P〈0. 01 ,X2=8. 631）. Conclusion Large dose of Xianhecao has the function of dilating vessels, remitting labyrinthine edema and improving the capillary permeability. It is cheap, effective, and simple to use.
