摘  要:黑河流域由于中游过度用水而导致下游生态严重恶化,引起国际国内的广泛关注。国务院从2000年开始在黑河流域实行水资源统一调度并投资23.6亿元进行综合治理。本文利用R/S分析法对莺落峡来水量和正义峡下泄水量进行对比分析,得出黑河治理效果显著的结论,并对R/S分析法的应用细节进行探讨。Over water consumption the middle reaches of Heihe river basin leads to the ecology deterioration of the lower reaches which causes the international and domestic extensive concerns. State department decided to integrate water management in the Heihe River basin and invest 2,360 million Yuan to carry on comprehensive regulation since 2000. This research analyzed the water quantity at Yingluoxia and the released water at Zhengyixia with rescaled range analysis method. The conclusion was drawed that Heihe River regulation obtained good results. The application detail of rescaled range analysis method was discussed.
