摘　　要：介绍了硅压阻式传感器实时自校准/自补偿技术,即利用恒流源模拟外加负载感知传感器参数的变化作为校准的依据,采用学习的方法获得各温度点的补偿数据、增益数据和校准数据,在此基础上给出了软硬件设计思路。The principle of real-time self callbration/self compensation of Sensor is introduced in this article. The technique uses a constant current source which simulates a load to perceive the changes of sensor＇s parameters and obtains the compensation data, gain data and calibration data by study is analyzed amply from the principle. On this basis, the method of hardware and software design is also provided.
