摘　　要：简述欧盟摩托车排放法规发展过程,着重介绍作为欧Ⅲ阶段可选方案之一的WMTC循环及限值。全面叙述轻便摩托车和摩托车(含三轮、四轮)气体污染物排放、CO2排放物及油耗法规的动向,并与我国正在制订的国家标准草案作了比较,提出以下建议:我国摩托车排放标准在下一阶段应包括WMTC内容,并重视试验验证;我国制定摩托车燃油消耗工况法测量循环应考虑即将采用的欧Ⅲ阶段的工况法排放测量循环。The development of emission legislation for motorcycles in EU is summarized, WMTC and relevant limit values as an optional approval requirements of EU III are introduced especially. This article gives the overall drafting status on modes emission pollution, CO2 emission and fuel consumption legislations, and compares them with the draft standards under ongoing in China. Finally the authors suggest that WMTC should be included in the nest stage emission standard and the related validated test should be done, the third emission driving cycles should be taken into account if we will update the national fuel consumption standard for motorcycles.
