四逆散抗实验性胃溃疡的药效学及作用机理研究

摘　　要：目的:通过古今文献研究、动物实验研究及药理研究,观察四逆散是否具有抗胃溃疡作用,阐明其抗溃疡的科学合理性,并对其作用机理进行初步探讨。方法:采用醋酸涂抹法及幽门结扎法复制大鼠消化性溃疡模型,在药效学基础上探讨四逆散抗溃疡的作用机制。结果:四逆散对多种方法所致的急、慢性胃溃疡均有明显的治疗及预防作用。其作用机理可能与提高6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量(6-keto-PGF1α)、胃组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平和降低胃液总酸度、抑制胃组织丙二醛(MDA)水平有关。说明四逆散可能通过抑制损伤因子与增强防御因子两个环节发挥作用。Objective ： This subject aims at observing if cold limbs powder has the effect of anti - ulcer and elucidating its scientific rationality of anti - ulcer, and initial discuss its effective mechanism through ancient and modern document investigation, empirical study and pharmacology investigation. Methods ： Duplicate rat peptic ulcer model by means of pyloric ligature and acetic acid daub. Approach cold limbs powder anti - ulcerative mechanism of action based on pharmacodynamics. Results ： The conclusion demonstrates with regard to all kinds of chronic and acute peptic ulcer model, has the conspicuous treatment and precaution effect. Its mechanism of action is related with elevating 6 - keto prostaglandin content, SOD level in the gastric mucosa and making acidity total of gastric fluid and MDA in the gastric mucosa descending. The result demonstrates cold limbs powder may produce a marked effect through both inhibiting damage factor and enhancing defend factor.
