摘  要:目的:观察复方银杏颗粒对拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织SOD活力和海马形态学的影响。方法:通过反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉同时腹腔注射硝普钠制造拟血管性痴呆大鼠模型,测定大鼠脑组织中SOD活力,并在光镜下观察海马细胞形态学变化。结果:与模型组比较,复方银杏颗粒组SOD活力明显增强,差异有统计学意义,并且复方银杏颗粒组神经细胞损伤有不同程度减轻。结论:复方银杏颗粒对缺血性血管性痴呆大鼠大脑有一定保护作用,其机制可能与增强脑组织SOD活力,提高抗氧化能力有关。Objective: To observe the effect of Gingko compound recipe granula on brain tissue SOD vigor and morphology in rats models of vascular dementia. Methods : Established Vascular Dementia rats models in common carotid artery repeatedly occlusion and Sodium Nitroprusside intraperitoneal injection, measured SOD vigor in brain tissue, and observed hippocampus cell morphology variation. Results : Compared with Model group, SOD vigor of Gingko compound recipe granula group enhanced obviously, the difference is statistically significant,and nerve cell damage lessened in Gingko compound recipe granula group. Conclusions: Gingko compound recipe granula can protect cerebrum of vascular dementia rats, the mechanism may relate to SOD vigor in brain tissue boost and ant - oxidation reinforcement.
