HPLC法测定胃宁冲剂中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定胃宁冲剂中芍药苷的含量测定方法方法：在AgilentZORBAXSB-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱上,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（29∶71）为流动相,流速1mL/min,检测波长230nm,柱温32℃进行含量测定。结果：方法回归方程：Y=1625.24X-106.622（r=0.9994）,线性范围0.35-1.75μg,精密度实验RSD=0.99%,平均加样回收率100.94%（n=5）,RSD=0.98%。结论：本法简便,可靠,适于胃宁冲剂的质量控制。Objective ： To establish a HPLC method for determination of contents of peoniflorin in Weirting Granule. Methods ： HPLC analysis was carried out by using Agilent ZORBAX SB -C18 column and methanol -0.1% phosphoric as the mobile, the flow rate was lmL/min,the detection wavelength was 230nm and the column temperature was 32℃. Results ： The regression equation was Y = 1625.24X - 106.622 （ r = 0. 9994 ）, the linear range was 0.35 - 1.75 μg, the RSD was 0.99% and the average recovery was 100.94% （ n =5） ,RSD =0.98%. Concision ： This HPLC method was convenient, reliable and accurate could be used for quality control of this preparation.
