摘 要:建立了圆锯片的离心力分析模型,采用有限元方法对圆锯片在高速旋转切削时引起圆盘基体应力和应变进行分析;同时运用经典弹性力学知识,对工作条件下圆锯片基体热应力和应变分布进行了分析,并对实际中圆锯片的破坏形式,进行了失效机理分析.探讨了圆锯片在实际工作中受载情况,力求较为真实的反映圆锯片工作过程中的实际应力和应变分布情况,为人们进行合理的锯片结构设计和制造工艺提供理论依据.This paper established a analytical model on which a trotary inertial load was loaded, with ANSYS the distributing of rotating disc's stress and strain was concluded. Through classical mechanical analysis circular saw blade's thermal stress and strain status were included, at a certain extent this paper explained why circular saw blades were demolished during their working time. Ciucular saw blade gets complicated effects which were arosed by many loads while they are incising materials, all analysises in this paper are close to actual rotating situation and can provide useful theoretic references for design and manufacture circular saw blades
